I've been writing a lot lately on both PS4Attitude and Rice Digital.
With more reviews in the works, one of my most recent reviews is for Short Peace: Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day on PS4. Being a compilation of one game and 4 highly regarded animated movies, this was a fun review to write - it was also my longest!
"Ranko Tsukigime’s Longest Day, developed by Suda 51, which is a 2.5D side-scrolling affair that sees you race from one end of the level to the next, with many alternate routes and collectibles hidden along the way. It’s easily Suda 51′s strangest work yet, with the cutscene after stage 8 being the weirdest thing we’ve ever seen, which is then followed by an even crazier level; you’re chased by a giant talking Pomeranian as you traverse Mt. Fuji!"
